Pastor Dave Rader has served 40 years in the ministry. The last 23 have been served at Brea Baptist Church. Prior to this ministry, Pastor Dave has served in the Music, Christian Education and Youth Ministries. Pastor Dave treasures his family; his wife, Stacie, their son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Joy, and Granddaughters Hannah, Naomi, Selah, and Lily.

Stacie currently serves as the church pianist and assists in the ministry wherever needed. Stacie and Dori Drabek are also the staff liaisons overseeing women’s ministries at Brea Baptist Church. Her favorite ministry by far is to her children and grandchildren.

Stacie, is a former elementary school teacher and Administrative Assistant /Executive Secretary.  She has served for the past forty (40) years as a church pianist and vocalist.  She serves with Dave in a variety of ministries in the church and in Missions, as well as a number of Community outreach projects.  She graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1968 with a degree in music and Christian Education and then in 1969 with an emphasis in Missions.

She has served as a Church Secretary for:
